We will meet with you at your cottage to advise on rental rates, take HDR photos, creating listings, attend to inquires, vet potential guests, facilitate the booking process, coordinating access and finally clean and inspect your cottage afterwards. We take all of the hassle out of the rental process for our owners and provide an easy and secure process for vacationers.

We understand the worry and risk associated with renting your home away from home and we strive to find guests who will respect your cottage a much as you do. We use professional quality HDR equipment to ensure your cottage looks as good online as it does in person. Upon subscribing to our services we will take HDR photos of your cottage at no cost to you.

Listing your Cottage

We advertise on a variety of platforms including CanadaStays, Homeaway, VRBO, Airbnb, our own Website and through our local real estate offices. We cover the cost of subscriptions to list your cottage on popular sites and since our fee structure is commission based, there is no cost to owners unless we get you bookings.

Bookings, Payments and Rental Agreements

We attend to all inquiries and bookings, accept payments either through booking sites or directly through our office and send rental agreements. Guests must sign an agreement acknowledging compliance with house rules and waiving liability from cottage owners.

Security Deposits

We collect large security deposit from guests and hold these funds throughout the duration of their stay. We release the security deposits only after inspections and cleaning have been performed.


We coordinate guest access to your cottage. Generally this is done through a lock box left on site. A day or two before guests check in we will send an information package containing the code and other general information about the cottage such as wifi pass codes and what to do with garbage etc.

Guest Support

We act as a local contact for guests during their stay for any questions or issues they may have.

We will inspect your cottage after every check out. We will only release security deposits after inspections and cleaning have been performed.


Our staff will clean your cottage after each booking. We charge a cleaning fee to guests so neither the cost nor the responsibility of cleaning ever falls on our owners. We can also replenish items such as paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, propane and firewood during cleanings should owners choose to provide these items for guests.

Monthly Statements and Income

At the end of each month, owners will receive a monthly statement outlining all rentals along with a cheque for net rental income. We will also include copies of all rental agreements. Any commission or costs of approved maintenance will be deducted from the gross rental amounts.
